We are officially entering spring 2026, which means it’s time to upgrade our shoe rotation with the best sneaker trends of the season.

When we looked at spring-summer sneaker trends last year, we noticed a lot of retro styles popping up, along with flatter styles, often inspired by sports like taekwondo and ballet, also taking over. For spring 2026, we are still seeing many of those styles trending, but bigger, bolder silhouettes are also pushing through the noise as temperatures rise and we leave winter behind. (Nobody wants cold feet, both literally and figuratively!)

1. Skater-inspired silhouettes

If you grew up in the ‘00s, then you’d know skater-inspired sneakers were the hottest sneakers. Low-top silhouettes with a bulky body are making a comeback, thanks to styles like the adidas Campus, which have the stamp of approval from Bad Bunny and BLACKPINK member Rosé. The latter has also favored the style with an option from Maison Mihara Yasuhiro. If you want to be even more faithful to the Y2K shoe trend, you can never go wrong with DC shoes or Etnies—just ask Billie Eilish!
