Penélope Cruz put a twist on the average pumps for “The Bride!” photo call at The Corinthia Hotel on Wednesday in London. The actress opted for a pair of Amina Muaddi high heels to go with her all-black ensemble.

Cruz opted for the Amina Muaddi Ami pumps in a soft black suede. The Ami heels are made with a traditional sleek pointed toe, and the sleek clean lines of a court pump. The pumps are defined by the designer’s signature “Martini” heel.
The flared, sculptural heel, which measures 95mm, features a slim heel that widens into a squared base. The Martini heel appears in a variety of the designer’s creations, and have become a distinctive feature of her shoes. The Ami pumps stood out against the black carpet thanks to the pink leather sole of the shoes, that are also found on all of Amina Muaddi’s designs.

While the suede style is not currently available, the shoe designer is offering the brand’s signature Ami pump in black napa and white napa leather. The shoes retail for $840 on the Amina Muaddi website.
She paired the black pumps with a Jacquemus fall 2026 dress. The sculptural black dress featured a formfitting bodice with long sleeves, a drop waist, and a round, low neckline. Similar to the shoes, the bottom half added drama to the look.

The dress was completed with a unique tiered, ruffle skirt made from cutout fabric strips that sat along the hips. The look is a bit of a departure for Cruz who is often spotted wearing Chanel, as she is a longtime ambassador for the brand.
Cruz will star in “The Bride!,” which is an upcoming American Gothic romance film written, coproduced, and directed by Maggie Gyllenhaal. The film stars Jessie Buckley, Christian Bale, Julianne Hough and more. It hits theaters on March 6.
