Finding love is not top of mind for Rachel Zoe following her divorce from Rodger Berman.
Zoe, 54, told Interview magazine that dating has been “really fun,” in an interview published on Thursday, March 5.
“But also, I don’t ‘need a man’ for traditional reasons. I’m financially independent. I’m socially independent. I have my kids,” she explained. “So for me, it’s like, ‘Let’s enjoy life.’”
Zoe confirmed that she’s been “spending time” with younger guys.
“It’s mostly creative, energetic, deep-souled people who I connect to,” she added.
Zoe and Berman announced in September 2024 that they were separating after 26 years of marriage. Zoe filed for divorce in July 2025.
“I had quite a few [exes] before I got married, and now I have a big ex-husband. We were married for 26 years and I can’t have any regrets because we had a great love story,” Zoe told Interview. “It didn’t end the way it should, but I would get married again if I fell in love with someone and it meant a lot to them.”
Zoe and Berman share sons Skyler, 14, and Kaius, 12. The celebrity stylist called them “my actual earth angels,” during her Interview profile.
“They’re my north stars and what I think of when I make every decision, even how I dress,” she said. “I think it will be the greatest achievement of my life once I send them off at 18. I’ll come back to you then and let you know how it all went.”
While Zoe is no stranger to reality TV, she’s been making major headlines since her return to Bravo as a main RHOBH cast member this season. The Thursday, March 5 episode showed Zoe telling her two sons that she officially filed for divorce from their father. Zoe has received widespread praise on social media for the honest discussion.
“I just want to let you know that we are — you may have already assumed this — but we are moving forward in getting divorced,” Rachel told her boys, noting that she wanted to have an “open forum” in their household.
“I guess my questions, how does it feel in general? Like, over the last year,” she asked. “Do you feel like this is better than before? Worse than before? Different than before?”
Skyler said it was the “same but different” and Kaius expanded on that statement.
“He wasn’t really here a lot anyway. But now, he’s just completely gone. There’s not really a trace of him,” he said, noting that the house has a “more peaceful” energy.
“Sadly, Kaius has said that he was mad at me for letting me be treated the way that I was,” Rachel said during her confessional. “Because that means I’m not modeling well for what they think love and marriage and relationships should look like or feel like.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Bravo Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET and streams the next day on Peacock.
