India will take on New Zealand in the T20 World Cup 2026 final in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
A win against the Kiwis will make India the most successful team in T20 World Cup history, as it would be its third title, taking it past England (2) and West Indies (2).
India’s ICC trophy cabinet now includes seven titles. It won the ODI World Cup two times (1983, 2011), the T20 World Cup in 2007 and 2024 and the ICC Champions Trophy in 2002, 2013 and 2025.
