The National Father’s Day Council has selected its 2026 Fathers of the Year, and they include a well-known father and son duo.
This year, the group will honor Mark Weber, iHeart Media host and former luxury industry executive, and his son Jarrod Weber, global president, sports and lifestyle at Authentic Brands Group, along with David Greenberg, chairman of L’Oréal USA.
The 84th annual Father of the Year luncheon will take place on June 18 at 583 Park Avenue in New York City. Proceeds will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, which creates and supports one-on-one mentoring relationships for young people.
“Each year, we are proud to recognize fathers whose leadership extends well beyond their professional accomplishments,” said Michael Haskel, chief executive officer and president of The Father’s Day/Mother’s Day Council, Inc. “This year’s honorees have made lasting impacts in their respective industries while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to family, which truly embodies the spirit of this event and the mission it supports.”

Greenberg, a father of two sons, has spent more than 30 years at L’Oréal in roles that included chief executive officer of L’Oréal USA, president of the North America Zone and a member of the group’s executive committee. In January, he assumed the newly created role of chairman of L’Oréal USA. He was nominated for the award by Kecia Steelman, CEO of Ulta Beauty, who won the Outstanding Mother Award in 2025.
Mark Weber is the father of two sons and a grandfather of three. He is the former CEO of LVMH Inc. and the former CEO of PVH Corp. He is now an author and a radio and podcast host with iHeartMedia, where he shares lessons on business, fashion and life.
Jarrod Weber, a father of two sons, joined Authentic in 2014 and has been integral in developing the company’s licensing, distribution and franchise partners. He was formerly an attorney specializing in corporate and intellectual property law at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
The luncheon will also honor one “All Star Dad,” who will be selected from online submissions from family members, friends and community leaders across the country.
In honor of the 25th anniversary of the Father’s Day Fire, which killed three firefighters and fathers in Queens, N.Y., in 2001, the National Father’s Day Council will posthumously recognize Harry S. Ford and Brian D. Fahey of Rescue 4, and John J. Downing of Ladder 163. The men were killed when a propane explosion caused a hardware store to collapse. Ford, a 27-year FDNY veteran, left behind three children; Fahey was the father of three young sons, and Downing had a daughter and son.
