No one is doing high fashion like Olandria Carthen.

A vision in white, the Love Island star wore custom Pajtim Raci at the Vanity Fair Oscars 2026 party on March 15. The jaw-dropping look featured a sheer, sarong-like skirt that cascaded into a fluttering train and a wrap-neck top with extra fabric the model used for an almost wing-like appearance as she posed for the camera on the silver carpet. Fans were quick to point out the similarities between Carthen and a living, breathing angel—and we couldn’t agree more.

Carthen completed the look with an Azature diamond that dangled down her bare back and a pair of strappy, open-toe heels. According to Glamour, the star’s makeup was courtesy of celebrity makeup artist Ngozi Edeme and her nails by the renowned manicurist Ginger Lopez. Accentuating the beauty of the gown, celebrity hairstylist Ashanti Lation opted to give the rising star a messy updo.

“I wanted something that felt effortlessly glamorous with a touch of Old Hollywood romance,” Lation said in a press release for Shea Moisture and Red by Kiss, whose products were used to create the look. “The inspiration was a modern screen siren, soft, sculpted curls piled into an elegant updo with delicate tendrils framing the face. The goal was to highlight her features while letting the hair feel luxurious, feminine, and timeless.”

This look is yet another in the long line of gorgeous gowns Carthen’s rocked this awards season. In January, she turned the Golden Globes red carpet into her own personal runway wearing a form-fitting, emerald green Christian Siriano gown with a fitted corset bodice and puffy mermaid skirt. She repeated her eye-catching success again at Paris Couture Week, proving she’s becoming a Gen Z fashion icon right before our very eyes. We can’t wait to see what’s next for Olandria Carthen.
