Kelly Osbourne and Sid Wilson have reportedly called it quits eight months after they got engaged at Kelly’s late dad Ozzy Osbourne’s final show.
The Daily Mail was first to report the split on Monday, March 23, with an insider noting that Kelly, 41, has had a “difficult” month while coping with the separation.
Us Weekly reached out to reps for Kelly and Wilson for comment.
Kelly and Wilson met in 1999 when the latter’s band, Slipknot, was touring with Ozzfest, the music festival founded by Kelly’s parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. However, they remained friends for more than two decades before their relationship turned romantic in 2022.
“After 23 years of friendship, I can’t believe where we have ended up,” Kelly wrote via Instagram on Valentine’s Day 2022. “You are my best friend, my soulmate, and I am so deeply in love with you, Sidney George Wilson.”
Kelly and Wilson welcomed their son, Sidney, later that year.
After three years of dating, Wilson popped the question to Kelly at Ozzy’s final concert with Black Sabbath in July 2025.
“Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world,” Wilson told Kelly backstage at the show in Birmingham, England. “Nothing would make me happier than spending the rest of my life with you. In front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?”
The proposal came weeks before Ozzy died at age 76 following his battle with Parkinson’s disease.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” Ozzy’s family shared in a statement to Us at the time. “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”

Kelly has been candid about grieving her family’s loss, opening up about her father’s death via Instagram in August 2025.
“Grief is a strange thing,” she wrote. “It sneaks up on you in waves — I will not be OK for a while — but knowing my family are not alone in our pain makes a difference. I’m holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind.”
Shortly before news broke of Kelly’s split from Wilson, the pair were spotted walking the red carpet together at the 2026 Grammy Awards. Ozzy was honored during the ceremony with a tribute from Post Malone, Slash, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan and Andrew Watt.
