“Flau’jae is a force of inspiration,” said Patrick O’Keefe, chief integrated marketing officer of E.l.f. Beauty, in the official press release. “Every arena she enters, whether it’s basketball, music or philanthropy, she leads with courage, intention and generosity of spirit. Partnering with her means elevating her influence, helping a generation of young women imagine no limits, move fearlessly and show up as their fullest selves. Her leadership reminds us at E.l.f. that true impact is about lifting others as you rise.”

Being raised by a single mother herself, Johnson learned early on not to take anything for granted. “Everything is big for me — every play, every lyric, every opportunity to make a difference,” she said in the official press release. In partnering with E.l.f., she’s hoping to affect even more change. “E.l.f. gives me a platform to show up fully, honor my journey and encourage others to do the same. I’m ready to take on this next chapter to the fullest.”

As part of this partnership, E.l.f will donate $75,000 to Johnson’s organization, More to 4 Foundation, dedicated to better supporting single-parent households and families through community-based initiatives, education, sports, arts and fundraising, while empowering the younger generation. More to 4 opened in 2025 and has since served more than 1,000 families and provided over 500 students with school supplies. Looking ahead, the organization is planning to raise enough money to build a community center in Johnson’s hometown, Savannah, Georgia.

E.l.f. is the second brand to spotlight Johnson’s unrivaled self-expression after Foot Locker and Puma cast her in their spring 2025 campaign, “Stay in Rotation.” In a statement sent to WWD at the time, she said the initiative was “about having options and owning your look from the ground up.” She continued: “For this campaign, I’m stepping out in my favorite Puma sneakers because no matter where I am or what I’m doing, the right kicks don’t just complete the fit – they elevate my whole vibe and bring energy to every move.”
