Puma’s First Limited-Edition Collaboration With J.L-A.L Is Mostly Sold Out, but There Are Still Ways to Get It

British designer Jean-Luc a. Lavelle’s J.L-A.L label has made waves in the footwear world by applying its technical, high-concept details to collaborations with brands including Hoka and ROA as well as its own in-house shoes. The brand’s latest link-up, its first with Puma, was quick to sell out from many retail channels, but the sneakers can still be found now from select stockists.

The J.L-A.L x Puma Cell Geo 1 uses the Herzogenaurach, Germany-based athletic footwear brand’s Cell Geo sneaker, which is built around Puma’s sculpted Cell heel cushioning. But rather than the meshes and suedes seen on Puma’s in-line versions of the model, J.L-A.L’s spin on the sneaker takes a dressier approach with a full leather construction.

Inspired by antique leather furniture, the uppers of the J.L-A.L x Puma Cell Geo 1 collaboration feature a custom burnished appearance. The two-tone looks includes an Umbre colorway blending Cocoa Bean brown with a lighter brown shade and a Midnight style combining black with navy blue. Both pairs feature a wear-away coating intended to fade and develop a unique patina with age.

And the Puma collaboration isn’t the only footwear of note recently introduced by J.L-A.L for spring 2026. The label also released its Shin Loafer in brown and black styles featuring a one-piece wrap construction in tumbled leather. Priced at $476, the loafers are available now from j-la-l.com in select sizes.

While both J.L-A.L x Puma Cell Geo 1 colors have already sold out from puma.com and many stockists, there are still some opportunities to pick the pairs up for their retail price of $190. A small selection of sizes are still available from j-la-l.com, Footpatrol, Bstn, Atelier New York and other select doors. For those whose sizes are out of stock, the pairs are also available on the secondary market from both GOAT and StockX.
