The third-round draft pick was seen holding his left knee after going down during seven-on-seven drills, according to multiple reports from the scene.
He was transported inside the practice facility on a cart after appearing to have difficulty standing, per reports.
Brazzell, 22, had returned to practice Wednesday morning after missing the previous few training camp sessions with a knee injury.
The 6-foot-4, 198-pound wideout caught 62 passes for 1,017 yards and an SEC-leading nine touchdowns last season at Tennessee.

India’s boxers assured themselves of at least six bronze medals after winning their respective quarterfinal matches on Day 7 at the 2026 Commonwealth Games on Wednesday.
India is currently ninth in the medal tally with 12 medals, including two gold, seven silver, and three bronze medals.
On Day 7, India will be involved in several medal events, starting with Sanjana in the final of women’s 77 kg weightlifting event.
