Abhishek Sharma scored a sensational unbeaten 135 off 68 balls against Delhi Capitals at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Abhishek’s 135 is the fifth highest individual score in the history of the competition. The 25-year-old also set the record for the third highest score when he scored 141 runs off 55 balls against Punjab Kings in 2025.

This is also the second highest score by an Indian in the IPL, with the first highest being his own knock against PBKS.

Chris Gayle currently holds the record for the highest individual score when he scored 175* against Pune Warriors India in 2013.
