“There’s nowhere to run!” ITN Distribution has revealed their own official trailer for Night of the Living Dead, a brand new horror remake of the iconic zombie classic. This is an attempt at a modern 2026 rehash of this zombie movie, but sadly it just looks like some awful direct-to-video trash to completely ignore. The original 1968 B&W film that introduced zombies to the world is still the best – nothing will ever touch it. A ragtag group barricade themselves in an old Pennsylvania farmhouse to remain safe from a horde of flesh-eating ghouls ravaging the Northeast. This remake stars Vivica A. Fox, Brittany Underwood, Robert Carradine, Miko Hughes, Zack Ward, Rob Van Dam, Adam Huss. The film reworks one of horror cinema’s most influential titles for a new generation. The big twist is that the main character of Ben (played by Duane Jones in George A. Romero’s 1968 original) has been gender swapped and is played by Vivica A. Fox instead. Alas everything about this looks absolutely terrible – avoid at all costs & watch out for zombies.

Here’s the official trailer (+ poster) for Christopher Ray’s horror Night of the Living Dead, on YouTube:

A remake of George Romero’s 1968 cult classic horror film, Night of the Living Dead takes place during a worldwide event in which the dead rise and roam the earth as zombies. As civilization collapses, a small group of survivors must fight to stay alive against the growing threat of the walking dead. Night of the Living Dead is a horror remake directed by B-movie genre filmmaker Christopher Ray, director of many films including Megaconda, 2-Headed Shark Attack, Shark Week, Asteroid vs Earth, Mercenaries, Circus Kane, Dick Dickster, Staged Killer, Top Gunner, Attack of the Meth Gator, War of the Worlds: Extinction previously. The screenplay is written by Jared Cohn. Based on the original Night of the Living Dead film written and directed by George A. Romero. Produced by Karl Hardman & Russell W. Streiner. Made by Tiki Terrors. ITN Distribution will debut Ray’s Night of the Living Dead on VOD to watch this summer. Anyone?
