इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग के 19 साल के इतिहास में अब तक एक से एक जोड़ी देखने को मिली हैं, जिन्होंने साथ में बल्लेबाजी करते हुए कई बार अपनी टीम को जीत दिलाने में अहम भूमिका निभाई है। इसी में एक नाम अब पंजाब किंग्स की ओपनिंग जोड़ी प्रियांश आर्या और प्रभसिमरन सिंह भी शामिल हो गई है। प्रियांश और प्रभसिमरन ने मिलकर एक ऐसा कारनामा आईपीएल के 19 साल के इतिहास में किया है जो उनसे पहले कोई भी दूसरी जोड़ी करने में कामयाब नहीं हो सकी थी। दोनों का अब तक आईपीएल में शानदार प्रदर्शन देखने को मिला है जिसमें वह पहली ऐसी अनकैप्ड जोड़ी बन गई है जो आईपीएल इतिहास में 1000 या उससे अधिक रन जोड़ने में कामयाब हो सकी है।

मुंबई इंडियंस के खिलाफ मैच में हासिल की उपलब्धि

पंजाब किंग्स की टीम आईपीएल 2026 में मुंबई इंडियंस के खिलाफ धर्मशाला के स्टेडियम में मुकाबला खेलने उतरी तो उसमें प्रभसिमरन सिंह और प्रियांश आर्या के बीच में पहले विकेट के लिए 50 रनों की साझेदारी देखने को मिली। इसी दौरान जब दोनों ने 24 रनों का आंकड़ा पूरा किया तो उसी के साथ आईपीएल में साझेदारी के रूप में 1000 रन पूरे करने में कामयाब हो गए। प्रभसिमरन सिंह और प्रियांश आर्या की अनकैप्ड जोड़ी से पहले कोई दूसरी अनकैप्ड जोड़ी आईपीएल इतिहास में 1000 रनों का आंकड़ा पूरा करने में कामयाब नहीं हो सकी थी। दोनों ने अब तक आईपीएल में 28 पारियां साथ खेली हैं जिसमें उन्होंने 36.64 के औसत से 1026 रन बनाए हैं और उसमें दो शतकीय और पांच अर्धशतकीय साझेदारी करने में भी कामयाब रहे हैं।

प्रियांश आर्या इस मामले में बने सिर्फ दूसरे अनकैप्ड भारतीय खिलाड़ी

आईपीएल के इतिहास में प्रियांश आर्या अब सिर्फ दूसरे ऐसे अनकैप्ड खिलाड़ी बन गए हैं जो अपने शुरुआती दो सीजन में 350 या उससे अधिक रन बनाने में कामयाब हुए हैं। प्रियांश आर्या ने जहां साल 2025 आईपीएल सीजन में डेब्यू करते हुए 475 रन बनाए थे, तो वहीं आईपीएल 2026 सीजन में वह अब तक 11 पारियों में 33.09 के औसत से 364 रन बना चुके हैं। प्रियांश आर्या से पहले ये कारनामा अंबाती रायडू ने किया था जब उन्होंने साल 2010 और 2011 के अपने दो शुरुआती आईपीएल सीजन में 356 और 395 रन बनाए थे।
