The Savannah Bananas are headed to television!
The viral dancing baseball team are set to have an upcoming game air live on The CW later this summer, marking their broadcast television debut.
“Banana Ball on The CW is a no-brainer,” Jesse Cole, founder and CEO of the Savannah Bananas, shared in a statement. “After seeing their recent commitment to sports, we knew this could be a great partnership. With the speed and entertainment of Banana Ball, we look forward to creating new fans together in the years to come.”

The Savannah Bananas’ Banana Ball game at Philadelphia Citizens Bank Park, which will be in front of a sold out crowd of over 40,000, will air live on Sunday, July 27th at 3pm ET/PT on The CW.
This event adds to the growing sports roster on The CW, following the NASCAR Xfinity series, WWE NXT, AVP beach volleyball this summer and even Pac-12 football games this fall.
