Kourtney Kardashian came under fire after sharing a photo of her toddler on a boat without a life jacket.

The 46-year-old reality TV star shared a collection of images from a recent family trip to Idaho, including one where she cradled her son, Rocky, with husband Travis Barker while out on the water. In the shot, Rocky sat on her lap, facing away from the camera as she kissed his forehead.

The post quickly drew criticism from followers, who pointed out that the toddler wasn’t wearing any protective gear.

Idaho law mandates that children 14 and under on boats under 19 feet must wear a properly fitted, Coast Guard-approved life jacket while the vessel is in motion.

Fans flooded the comment section of Kardashian’s post with concern, urging her to prioritize the safety of her child.

One person said, “Please, please put a life jacket on that sweet babe,”  while another asked, “What, no life vests? Isn’t that against the law….???”

Others stressed the dangers of open water, comparing it to the importance of seatbelts in cars.

“You gotta make sure the kids are wearing life vests at all times! Just like you wouldn’t drive them around without a seatbelt/car seat,” a person cautioned.

In the image, the Poosh founder stood in front of a mirror wearing a form-fitting tan SKIMS swimsuit that highlighted her curves. The one-piece showcased her legs and hips, with a small natural fold of skin visible at the sides.

Many applauded her for keeping the shot natural and free from heavy editing or filters.

Kardashian also shut down speculation that she’s pregnant with her and Barker’s second child.

Kardashian brushed off the comments with a playful reply: “Eating pancakes and jumping off cliffs,” making it clear she’s not expecting, noting that cliff diving is hardly a pregnancy-friendly activity.

She later clarified on her Instagram Stories that her position in the photo was simply due to breastfeeding.

This isn’t the first time she’s addressed such rumors. Just last month, fans speculated she had a “baby bump” in vacation photos from Portofino, Italy.

She responded by listing more likely explanations, including “breastfeeding, eating gelato, focaccia, pasta, not working out, and living my best damn life, baby!”
