She brings depth, resilience, and emotional authenticity to Lucy, making her one of the most dynamic and beloved characters in the series. Whether navigating intense undercover missions, showing vulnerability in personal moments, or holding her own in high-stakes police action, O’Neil fully embodies Lucy’s growth and strength. Her chemistry with the rest of the cast, particularly in emotionally charged scenes, adds another layer of realism to her portrayal. Beyond her acting, she also takes time to connect with fans, showing appreciation for their support and making them feel part of the journey. Her dedication to both her character and audience proves why she more than earned this recognition.

In second place and with 42.9% of the votes we have Stefania Spampinato (Carina DeLuca) – Station 19.

Where to begin on what makes Stefania deserving of this award is difficult as she excels at everything she dedicates herself too. As an actor she puts everything into her craft and she fights to give her queer character the stories she knows the audience needs and wants to see. As a first time director on network tv, Station 19, she delivered excellence. Every detail proved how truly gifted she is. Lastly we can’t forget how she treats the fans. She makes sure every single fan feels seen and special.

What makes Barrett deserving of this award, is her versatility. Her talent is truly incredible, the way she can go from the silly, fun and totally unserious to the most serious and touching character in a second. It’s truly incredible to watch her share her unique and fantastic gift with us.
