Emma Mackey channeled Loewe‘s new “sporty and hot-blooded direction” for the London premiere of the actress’ new film “Ella McCay” on Monday night.

Styled by Karla Welch, Mackey wore a look from the Spanish luxury fashion house’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection, curated by creative directors Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. The look was comprised of a form-fitted black blazer-inspired jacket with long sleeves and a plunging neckline.

The black jacket was offset in both color and shape by the golden yellow asymmetric skirt Mackey wore, which featured angled fabric that added sartorial tension to the look. The “Emily” actress paired the look with sheer black tights and a pair of pointed-toe black heels.

As for jewelry, Mackey wore pieces courtesy of London-based brand Barron. Her hair featured the popular bob trend, with makeup highlights including bold brows, lined eyes and a soft pink lip to complete her refined, modern red carpet attire.

Proenza Schouler founders Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez succeeded designer Jonathan Anderson as the creative directors of Loewe in April, following Anderson’s departure for Dior. The design duo’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection marked McCollough and Hernandez’s debut with the Spanish luxury fashion house.

“This was an upbeat and zesty start for the duo, who steered the brand in a more casual, sporty and hot-blooded direction,” Miles Socha wrote in WWD’s review of the collection. Socha noted how Hernandez and McCollough’s take on Loewe made the Spanish luxury fashion house feel “more approachable, straightforward – and playful. There’s nothing conceptual about a sexy day at the beach.”

Mackey’s new film “Ella McCay” follows the titular young woman who tries to juggle her work life and complicated family. The film co-stars Woody Harrelson, Jack Lowden, Ayo Edebiri and Oscar-winner Jamie Lee Curtis. “Ella McCay” hits theaters Dec. 12.
