A newly amended lawsuit tied to the ongoing legal battle surrounding the Presley family has introduced explosive allegations involving John Travolta, his late wife Kelly Preston, and actress Riley Keough, raising questions about the biological origins of Travolta’s youngest son, Ben. The claims, contained in court filings, have drawn swift denials from the Presley family and intensified scrutiny of a case already marked by sharp disputes and emotional fallout.

The allegations, which are not the central issue of the lawsuit, assert that Riley Keough allegedly donated her eggs to John Travolta and Kelly Preston, allowing Preston to give birth to their son Benjamin, now 15. While the claims remain unproven and have been strongly disputed, their inclusion in official legal documents has thrust the private lives of both families into public view.

Lawsuit Makes Claims About John Travolta’s Youngest Child

The allegations appear in an amended complaint filed by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business associates of Priscilla Presley, in their lawsuit against Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia. Although the case primarily involves claims of breach of contract and financial disputes, the filing includes assertions that John Travolta and Kelly Preston used Riley Keough’s eggs to conceive their youngest child.

According to the complaint, Kruse alleges she was told that Kelly Preston had been unable to conceive children using her own eggs. The filing claims that after earlier fertility efforts involving Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs, John Travolta and Kelly Preston allegedly sought help from Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s daughter and Elvis Presley’s granddaughter.

Benjamin Travolta, the youngest child of John Travolta and Kelly Preston, was born in 2010, one year after the couple’s son Jett died at age 16.

Alleged Egg Donation Arrangement Detailed in Filing

The court documents allege that Riley Keough agreed to donate her eggs so that Kelly Preston could carry the pregnancy and give birth to Benjamin. The complaint further claims that Riley Keough was compensated for the alleged donation with an old Jaguar vehicle and a payment ranging between $10,000 and $20,000.

Handwritten notes attached to the filing reference “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby.” The plaintiffs argue these notes support their claims, though no independent verification has been presented publicly.

The filing also includes text messages in which Benjamin is allegedly referred to as Priscilla Presley’s “beautiful great-grandson,” a phrase that plaintiffs say reflects an acknowledgment of a biological connection involving Riley Keough.

Role of Michael Lockwood in the Allegations

Much of the information cited in the complaint is attributed to Michael Lockwood, the ex-husband of Lisa Marie Presley and the father of her twin daughters. According to Kruse, Lockwood told her that John Travolta and Kelly Preston had previously attempted to conceive using Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs but later abandoned that option.

The filing claims Lockwood alleged that John Travolta no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs due to concerns about drug use, and that a deal was later arranged involving Riley Keough. The complaint states Lockwood described himself as financially destitute following Lisa Marie Presley’s death in January 2023 and sought to use the alleged information to secure a financial settlement for himself and his children.

It remains unclear, according to the filing, whether any of Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs ever resulted in a child.

Claims Linked to Career Pressure Allegations

The lawsuit further alleges that Lockwood told Kruse that John Travolta felt pressure to protect his career amid past allegations of sexual misconduct, claims that Travolta has repeatedly denied. According to the filing, Lockwood allegedly believed the information regarding Kelly Preston, Riley Keough, and Benjamin could be used as leverage.

The plaintiffs claim Lockwood urged them to use the alleged secret during negotiations involving the Presley estate. The court documents state that Lockwood repeatedly pressed the issue, describing it as significant leverage.

Presley Family and Attorneys Strongly Deny Allegations

Attorneys for Priscilla Presley have forcefully rejected the claims, calling them irrelevant and improper. In a statement, attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman said the allegations have “absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case” and accused Kruse and Fialko of attempting to exert undue pressure through sensational accusations.

The attorneys stated that Kruse and her associates have repeatedly amended their complaint and expanded the scope of the lawsuit in ways they argue are designed to cause pain to the Presley family rather than address legitimate legal issues.

They added that the conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their legal team would be addressed in court.

Riley Keough and Priscilla Presley Respond Publicly

Earlier this year, Riley Keough and Priscilla Presley issued a joint statement denying similar allegations raised in earlier filings. The statement described the claims as “untrue and deeply hurtful” and emphasized that the family remains united.

The statement added that their priority is honoring Lisa Marie Presley’s memory and protecting Elvis Presley’s legacy. Neither Riley Keough nor Priscilla Presley has commented further following the latest amended complaint.

No Comment Yet From John Travolta’s Representatives

Representatives for John Travolta have not responded publicly to requests for comment regarding the lawsuit’s claims involving Kelly Preston and Riley Keough. Travolta has historically kept his family life private, particularly following Preston’s death from breast cancer in 2020.

Travolta and Kelly Preston had three children together: Jett, Ella Bleu, and Benjamin. Until the filing of this lawsuit, no public claim had been made questioning Benjamin’s biological parentage.
