Andy Robertson to leave Liverpool at end of 2025-26 season Liverpool defender Andy Robertson announced on Thursday that he will leave the Premier League side at the end of the ongoing season.
Robertson joined Liverpool from Hull City in 2017 and won two Premier League titles, a Champions League, the FA Cup and two League Cups, as well as the FIFA Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup and Community Shield.
“It’s never easy leaving a club like Liverpool, it has been a huge part of mine and my family’s life for the last nine years,” said the 32-year-old in a video shared on social media.
“I think now’s the time for me to move on. The nine years I’ll look back on with a big smile on my face,” he added.
Robertson has the second-most assists for a defender in the Premier League, having set up 60 goals.
