Jordon Hudson addressed ongoing criticism of her relationship with Bill Belichick by reposting a defiant New Year’s message, insisting their bond remains strong despite public scrutiny.

The couple faced backlash throughout the year, including Hudson’s interruption of Belichick’s CBS interview, rumors of social tensions in Nantucket, and speculation about an engagement.

Still, Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson continued to support each other publicly, celebrated their four-year “meetiversary,” and dismissed claims that the cheerleader was barred from UNC football facilities.

Hudson seemingly took aim at online critics who continue to comment on her relationship with Belichick by resharing a post from her New Year’s Eve 2024 celebration to her Instagram Stories on Thursday.

The photo showed Hudson and the legendary football coach, now 73, toasting with champagne.

“Nothing changed for us in 2024 except for ‘public knowledge’; yet, somehow everything changed,” she wrote over the image, per Page Six.

Reflecting on the backlash they’ve faced, the cheerleader added: “4th calendar year; Going strong. I can’t wait to take punches for you in 2025. Keep swinging, Keyboard Warriors. Your illusion of righteousness only fuels my authenticity.”

The couple’s relationship has remained a frequent topic of conversation, marked by both public support and controversy.

In April 2025, Hudson drew attention after stepping in during Belichick’s CBS “Sunday Morning” interview when he was asked about the start of their relationship.

The moment sparked widespread debate, prompting Belichick to explain later that Hudson plays both a personal and professional role in his life.

Scrutiny followed into May, when reports surfaced claiming Hudson was struggling to gain acceptance in Nantucket’s social scene, where Belichick’s former partner, Linda Holliday, reportedly remains highly influential.

Sources suggested Hudson faced resistance as she attempted to integrate into philanthropic and social circles on the island.

One insider shared: “People on Nantucket are pretty sophisticated. You could be sitting at the Galley Beach restaurant, and if [Hudson] walked in, 90% of the place would roll their eyes. No one is going to be welcoming her with open arms.”

One image from Hudson’s February 11 Instagram carousel showed a copy of “Deductive Logic,” a textbook by Warren Goldfarb, signed by Belichick.

In the inscription, he thanked her for “a course on logic,” wished her safe travels, and added his signature along with a nod to his Super Bowl titles.
