In December, Glanville confirmed to TMZ that she had finally received a diagnosis for her facial condition, though she has yet to publicly reveal what it is.

The star said she would be sharing the diagnosis at a later date and acknowledged she still had a “long road” ahead to “fully get better.”

She was also candid about the emotional toll the condition has taken on her mental health.

Speaking about the past two years, the television personality admitted she became increasingly isolated and fearful of leaving her home.

Glanville described turning into an introvert and experiencing overwhelming anxiety during everyday tasks.

“Sometimes I sit down, I can’t get up. And it’s so scary, and I was just like, I don’t want to live this life,” she said. “So I had those thoughts, which were really frightening. I’ve never been like that.”

Glanville also revealed she shared the news of her diagnosis with her mother, who cried when she finally learned there was an explanation.

Brandi Glanville has long insisted her facial issues stemmed from “parasites” she believes she contracted while filming “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club 2” in Morocco in 2023.

In her desperation to fix the problem, she spent more than $130,000 on treatments and consulted over 20 doctors.

At one point, she even attempted to treat herself using hair removal cream, which resulted in burns on her face.

Last summer, Glanville shared that she consulted infectious disease immunology physician Michael R. Scoma in New York City, saying she may have finally found a solution.

“I am so thankful to my NYC angel @DrScomaME_CFS for actually wanting to help me get better. I’m finally getting answers,” she wrote in a July tweet.

A few months later, Glanville shared an update on her health, telling Us Weekly, “It’s been a slow process, but I’m finally getting back to my normal routine and feeling like myself again.”

The progress marked a sharp contrast to earlier months when doctors allegedly dismissed her symptoms as filler-related inflammation.
