Brit Eady was not in attendance at the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 reunion.

The insurance agent joined the cast of the Bravo reality series this season and her time on the show was met with quite the drama early on during filming.

On Thursday (June 5), it was revealed the RHOA season 16 reunion was filming, and Brit was notably not included in the seating chart that the network unveiled.

Following the reveal, Brit took to social media to address her absence, and she also spoke to the photo that sparked much of the drama between her and Kenya Moore, who also was not at the reunion taping.

“As everyone is now aware, I’m not attending the Reunion. This was my decision,” she shared on her Instagram story. “The events of this season have devastated me, and while I cannot say much right now, I do want to set the record straight about thing: The graphic sexual photo surrounding the events in Episode 5.”

“That photo was not me,” she continued. “As the episode makes clear, I did not see the photo at the time. Rather, I was made aware of the photo presented at the event, and based on what I was told, assumed that it was somehow a photo of me – which is why I reacted in the way that I did.”

“I do not know who was in that photo, but upon seeing it for the first time recently, I now know it was not me,” Brit added. “I look forward to seeking accountability and moving past this dark part of my life. – Brit ❤️”

New episodes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 are still airing Sunday nights on Bravo, and streaming on Peacock the next day. The reunion will air end of June/early July.
