GEMINI RISING: Chanel has named Thai actor and singer Norawit “Gemini” Titicharoenrak as brand ambassador, as it continues to bolster the ranks of male ambassadors for creative director Matthieu Blazy’s collections.
Gemini will bring some extra heat to the front row at Blazy’s womenswear runway show on March 9 during Paris Fashion Week, the brand said in a statement shared exclusively with WWD.
He gained international fame alongside his acting partner Nattawat “Fourth” Jirochtikul in series such as “My School President” and “Moonlight Chicken,” and they went on to record and perform together on stage. They will next appear in the eagerly awaited series “Ticket to Heaven.” Gemini also has his own clothing line called Divine.

In the last year, he has attended several Chanel fashion shows, most recently the Métiers d’Art in New York City, in addition to regional events for the J12 watch and Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif fragrance.
“Chanel is always evolving. There’s a clear vision, but also an element of surprise. The house continues to shape culture in its own way, and that influences how I approach fashion and creativity,” he said.
Though it doesn’t market men’s collections, Chanel has several male ambassadors, including K-pop star G-Dragon, who has worked with the house since 2016, Kendrick Lamar and A$AP Rocky.
The French fashion house recently dressed Jacob Elordi, who appears in its No. 5 fragrance campaign, for his “Wuthering Heights” press tour, amplifying the notion of a genderless wardrobe.
