FKA Twigs won her first Grammy Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles, wearing sky-high pumps made all the more eye-catching as they were wrapped in tights.

The musician, who won the Grammy for best dance/electronic album for “Eusexua,” modeled a custom design by Paolo Carzana. She embraced a romantic, nature-inspired look with a dress featuring flowy, jagged-edged beige and brown fabric. The garment featured a sweetheart neckline and off-the-shoulder sleeves, with metallic vine-like embellishments that enhanced the woodsy element.

The singer-songwriter, known for out-of-the-box fashion choices including unique footwear, wore ultra-high pumps with a towering stiletto heel to complete the ensemble. Beige fishnet tights with a black floral pattern were a part of her outfit as well, and they stretched around her shoes to create a standout, edgy footwear look.

FKA Twigs has previously worn bold shoe looks like Schiaparelli Western Keyhole ankle boots and sculptural Christian Louboutin boots for Matières Fécales. She kept things more pared back with 105 mm black patent leather pumps from Tom Ford when she attended the brand’s fashion show in October.

The 68th annual Grammy Awards, hosted by Trevor Noah for the sixth consecutive year, honor the best music and artists from 2025. Held at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Sunday night, the 2026 Grammys feature performances by Lady Gaga, Addison Rae and Sabrina Carpenter, among others. Bad Bunny, Chappell Roan, Doechii and Billie Eilish are among the high-profile nominees for Record of the Year. The ceremony will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+ at 8 p.m. ET.
