Klum participated in the ceremonial lighting of the Empire State Building for Halloween on Thursday, and for the celebration, she opted for a patent leather, strapless minidress. She covered her ensemble with an oversize houndstooth jacket in black and white, featuring a drop shoulder design.
She opted for a pair of black thigh-high boots with a high sheen, crafted from sleek patent leather. The boots featured a sharp, pointed toe with a slight platform at the front of the foot, as well as an ultra-slim heel that stayed put even as Klum fought through the winds once she was at the top of the building.

The style featured stitching around the boot collar and down the center. The boots featured a slouchier, looser fit around the thigh, with a more glove-like fit toward the foot area. Klum paired her thigh-highs with delicate fishnet stockings that completed the look. Klum can often be spotted wearing designer shoe brands like Christian Louboutin, Aquazzura, Gianvito Rossi and more.
Klum is now well-known as the Queen of Halloween, having hosted her annual Halloween costume party every year since 2000, making it a 25-year tradition. The event started as a small party and has grown into one of Hollywood’s most anticipated and elaborate Halloween celebrations, with fans around the world eagerly awaiting Klum’s elaborate costumes.
