Karate Kid: Legends has already had a legendary performance at the box office, and it just pushed through another major milestone.
According to a report by Variety, the newest movie in the franchise is continuing to climb its highest-grossing chart. The sequel is about to pass $35 million at the domestic box office, despite facing stiff competition at the box office. Thanks to a projected $8.7 million weekend, it is just $2-3 million away from overtaking The Karate Kid Part III, which would make it the fourth-highest-grossing movie in the history of the franchise.
