After a limited-edition launch last year, it’s been established that the original Neon Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble will receive a wider release during spring 2026. But Nike isn’t stopping at simply reissuing the classic colorway, as new images have surfaced of a new spin on the look.

E-commerce product images show a new Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble outfitted with the Neon style’s familiar highlighter-like Air units and lace loops, but with some key updates that make the look more eye-catching than ever. 

Rather than the typical gray gradient fade, the shoe’s anatomy-inspired side panels are covered in multicolored paisley stripes which shift from black to blue to green to red. The sneaker’s tongue and shoelaces appear to have been given a vintage-esque off-white treatment, and the black toe features a new ripstop material, but the style otherwise maintains the original details of the 1995 Neon colorway.

Nike has historically been liberal with its redesigns of the Neon Air Max 95. In 2015, for the shoe’s 20th anniversary, the Beaverton, Ore.-based company issued reflective 3M and animal-patterned Neon Safari versions of the pair alongside the classic makeup.

And in 2025, to celebrate the Air Max 95’s 30th anniversary, Nike went all-in with a true-to-OG Big Bubble redesign, which has been universally praised by industry insiders and consumers alike. In April, Kith founder Ronnie Fieg wrote on X that the changes made the shoe look and feel better, calling it a “big win” for Nike.

With the original Neon Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble release set to take place in March ahead of Nike’s annual Air Max Day, this newly surfaced Neon Paisley Bandana pair is also expected to arrive around the same time.
