नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, इंदौर। एक तरफ तो नगर निगम शहर भर में जल प्रबंधन के दावे कर रहा है दूसरी तरफ वार्ड 76 में जलापूर्ति की हालत खराब है। नर्मदा विहीन इस वार्ड में 130 से ज्यादा कॉलोनियां हैं। इसके अलावा इस वार्ड का चार गांवों में भी विस्तार है। बावजूद इसके नगर निगम ने यहां जलापूर्ति के लिए सिर्फ दो टैंकर दिए हैं।

व्यवस्था से आक्रोशित रहवासियों ने पार्षद सीमा सोलंकी के साथ मिलकर कनाडिया चौराहा पर धरना दिया। निगम के अधिकारियों के आश्वासन के बाद प्रदर्शन समाप्त हुआ।

भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं पर टैंकर ले जाने का आरोप

पार्षद सोलंकी ने बताया कि हमारे वार्ड में नर्मदा लाइन ही नहीं है। यही वजह है कि पूरा वार्ड बोरिंग पर निर्भर है। पिछले एक दशक में वार्ड में कई नई कॉलोनियां, टाउनशिप बनी हैं। इसके अलावा कनाडिया, बिचौली हप्सी, टिगरिया बादशाह सहित चार बड़े गांव इसी वार्ड में आते हैं। इतने बड़े क्षेत्र में पानी सप्लाई के लिए सिर्फ दो टैंकर दिए गए हैं।

इनमें से एक की क्षमता 20 हजार लीटर और दूसरे की पांच हजार लीटर है। हम बार-बार टैंकर की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए मांग कर रहे हैं, लेकिन कुछ नहीं हो रहा। जो दो टैंकर वार्ड के लिए दिए गए हैं उन्हें भी भाजपा कार्यकर्ता अपने हिसाब से ले जाते हैं।

निगमायुक्त के आश्वासन के बाद समाप्त हुआ प्रदर्शन

जलसंकट के चलते जनता परेशान है। इसी से आक्रोशित रहवासियों ने कनाडिया चौराहे पर प्रदर्शन किया। सूचना मिलते ही निगम के अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे। हमने उन्हें स्थिति से अवगत कराया। सोलंकी ने बताया कि निगमायुक्त ने आश्वासन दिया है कि एक-दो दिन में स्थिति का जायजा लेने के बाद वार्ड के लिए अतिरिक्त टैंकरों की व्यवस्था कर दी जाएगी।
