बिना बने ही बिक रहा अमेरिका का स्टेडियम:2030 में शुरू होगा स्टेडियम, ‘एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर’ के जरिए वर्षों पहले बेची जा रही प्रीमियम सीटें


अमेरिका के चार्लोट शहर में एक ऐसा स्टेडियम है, जिसकी नई सीटें अभी लगी नहीं हैं, नई दीवारें बनी नहीं हैं और निर्माण का बड़ा काम 2027 में शुरू होगा। इसके बावजूद वहां अभी से स्टेडियम की सबसे महंगे सूइट और प्रीमियम सीटें बेची जा रही हैं। फर्क सिर्फ इतना है कि खरीदारों को असली स्टेडियम नहीं, बल्कि उसका भविष्य दिखाया जा रहा है। बैंक ऑफ अमेरिका स्टेडियम के लिए लगभग 12 हजार 500 करोड़ रुपए के नवीनीकरण प्रोजेक्ट के तहत टेपर स्पोर्ट्स एंड एंटरटेनमेंट ने एक नया एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर शुरू किया है। कंपनी का दावा है कि यह खेल जगत का सबसे आधुनिक प्रीव्यू सेंटर है। इसका मकसद निर्माण पूरा होने का इंतजार किए बिना स्टेडियम के प्रीमियम हिस्सों की बिक्री शुरू करना है। करीब 16 हजार वर्गफुट में बना यह सेंटर स्टेडियम के सामने हनीवेल के ग्लोबल मुख्यालय के ग्राउंड फ्लोर पर बनाया गया है। यह 2030 तक खुला रहेगा। इसी जगह से एनएफएल टीम कैरोलिना पैंथर्स और एमएलएस क्लब शार्लोट एफसी के लिए कॉरपोरेट बॉक्स, प्रीमियम सीटें और हॉस्पिटैलिटी पैकेज बेचे जाएंगे। सेंटर में प्रवेश करते ही डिजिटल लॉकर दिखाई देते हैं। इनमें स्टेडियम के पुराने यादगार पलों को डिजिटल तरीके से दिखाया जाता है। इसके बाद एक बड़ा वीडियो थिएटर आता है, जहां स्टेडियम के भविष्य की झलक दिखाई जाती है। अगले कमरे में 85 लोगों के होलोग्राम संदेश हैं। इनमें पूर्व खिलाड़ियों से लेकर एनएफएल कमिश्नर रोजर गुडेल तक शामिल हैं, जो इस स्टेडियम की अहमियत बताते हैं। इसके बाद खरीदार एक ऐसे डिजिटल कमरे में पहुंचते हैं, जहां बिना निर्माण पूरा हुए नए स्टेडियम का वर्चुअल अनुभव मिलता है। बड़ी इंटरैक्टिव स्क्रीन पर यह भी दिखाया जाता है कि खरीदार कहां पार्किंग करेगा, किस गेट से अंदर जाएगा और उसकी सीट या सूइट कहां होगी। यहां प्रीमियम सीटों, प्रेस क्लब बार और लग्जरी सूइट की वास्तविक प्रतिकृतियां भी बनाई गई हैं ताकि ग्राहक सिर्फ तस्वीरें न देखें, बल्कि उन्हें महसूस भी कर सकें। अगर कोई ग्राहक वहीं खरीदारी का फैसला करता है तो उसके लिए तुरंत लेजर प्रिंटेड सूइट की-कार्ड तैयार कर दिया जाता है। यानी सौदा उसी समय पूरा हो सकता है। स्टेडियम की उम्र अब 30 साल हो चुकी है। इसी वजह से इसका नवीनीकरण किया जा रहा है। पहले घोषित बजट के अलावा टेपर स्पोर्ट्स एंड एंटरटेनमेंट ने इसमें लगभग 5000 करोड़ का अतिरिक्त निवेश भी जोड़ा है। दर्शकों से जुड़े निर्माण कार्य 2027 में शुरू होंगे। खेल उद्योग में अब ऐसे सेल्स प्रीव्यू सेंटर तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं। वजह साफ है। पहले स्टेडियम बनता था, फिर सीटें बिकती थीं। अब स्टेडियम बनने से कई साल पहले ही उसकी कमाई शुरू हो जाती है। बैंक ऑफ अमेरिका स्टेडियम का यह मॉडल दिखाता है कि आधुनिक खेल कारोबार में सिर्फ मैदान नहीं, बल्कि टेक्नोलॉजी और अनुभव भी करोड़ों डॉलर की कमाई का बड़ा जरिया बन चुके हैं।
