8 जून, 2025 को अभिनीत ने मुझ पर उसके नाम का टैटू बनवाने का दबाव बनाया। उसके कहने पर उसने बाएं तरफ चेस्ट पर उसके नाम का टैटू बनवा लिया। उसके बाद पीड़िता को पता चला कि वह प्रेग्नेंट हैं। यह बात उसने आरोपी को बता दी, तो वह कहने लगा कि वह जल्द ही शादी कर लेगा। 17 जुलाई, 2025 को मैं चेन्नई गई, तो आरोपी पीड़िता के साथ होटल में रूका। यहां भी उसने चार दिन में तीन-चार बार शारीरिक संबंध बनाए। इसके बाद 21 जुलाई, 2025 को आरोपी डॉक्टर ने दवाई खिलाकर उसका गर्भपात करा दिया।
