A 75-year-old South Carolina woman allegedly didn’t let her oxygen tank slow her down when she pumped bullets into her husband’s legs during a heated argument at their home.

Josephine Scott of Timmonsville faces attempted murder charges after deputies say she shot her husband in both legs on June 27.

Florence County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the couple’s home on Walker Swinton Road after reports of gunfire. Investigators allege Scott intentionally fired the shots following a domestic dispute. Her husband was rushed to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover.

In the photo released by authorities, the gray-haired grandmother appears frail as she poses in an orange jail jumpsuit, a clear nasal cannula delivering oxygen is visibly hooked to her nose.
