Ryan Serhant Already Crosses $1 Billion Sales in 2025

Ryan Serhant is in his Midas Touch era. Everything this silver fox handles turns to gold, as his 2025 sales thus far are proving. As seen on Owning Manhattan, Ryan will stop at nothing to secure every listing in town. Whatever he is doing, it is working, as this man has already crossed over $1 billion in sales, and we are only in the second month of this year.

2025 is making Ryan Serhant filthy rich

Earlier this week, Ryan, the star of our newest binge-worthy, real-estate-based series, posted a collection of images on Instagram that would make anyone feel poor. From skiing on top of a mountain to casual Matt Damon hangs, followed by private jets in hangars lined with G-wagons, Ryan is rolling in the dough, honey. But his cover shot is the most valuable, as it shows him getting a hug from his little girl, Zena.

As for his words, Ryan begins with a shoutout to his company, Serhant, writing, “What a way to start the year. @serhant crossed $1B in closed and in-contract sales in the first 37 days of 2025. Insanity.”

Ryan next revealed that SellIt, his real estate coaching platform, launched its new app. Ryan is “obsessed” with this new service. “S.MPLE, our AI workflow automation service, launched its new app, AND our commercial was shared almost 9,000 times,” he added.

In addition, Ryan expanded Serhant to Naples, Florida, joining forces with McQuaid & Company real estate. In Florida, Ryan also “launched the sales gallery for [Mercedes Benz Places Miami] and announced sales for 29 Indian Creek in Miami,” he further penned.

Finally, Ryan noted that Serhant launched sales on two luxury buildings in New York — One Park Row and Collette Condos. However, Ryan “took a lot of heat” after he told “the entire real estate industry” at a conference that Serhant “will be the first screenless brokerage.” But he then used laughing emojis, showing us he cares little.

Fans are excited that Season 2 of Owning Manhattan will feature some of these wins.

Season 1 of Owning Manhattan is streaming on Netflix.
