Marvel will no longer be included in the It Ends With Us legal drama.
The judge on the case has granted Marvel’s request to be removed from the lawsuit after Justin’s team had demanded the studio hold onto documents that he felt could help his case.
Justin was trying to prove that Blake Lively‘s husband Ryan Reynolds was deliberately attempting “to mock, harass, ridicule, intimidate or bully” him through the character Nicepool in his Marvel movie Deadpool & Wolverine.

Now that Justin‘s entire lawsuit against Blake has been tossed by the judge, U.S. District Court judge Lewis J. Liman is also granting Marvel’s request to “quash the subpoena issued to Marvel from [Baldoni‘s] Wayfarer Parties and for a protective order prohibiting the disclosure of Marvel’s confidential documents,” according to People.
The judge added that after the dismissal of Justin‘s lawsuit, “the information sought [from Marvel] is no longer relevant to a claim or defense in this action.”
Blake has already spoken out after the lawsuit against her was dismissed.
