“We had this dream to do our wedding in Italy, but we didn’t have enough time to do the paperwork,” Venus Williams explained. Venus Williams confirmed her engagement to Andrea Preti in July 2025 during a post-match interview, months after engagement rumors first emerged. At the time, Venus Williams referenced her fiancé’s support as she returned to competitive tennis at age 45.
