Season 1
Thanks to Heated Rivalry, hockey is officially our new sports obsession. Prime Video will now enter the market, but in a slightly different way. Based on the best-selling book series by Elle Kennedy, Off Campus follows an elite ice hockey team and the women in their lives. The series follows the men and women who grapple with love, heartbreak, and self-discovery, while forging deep friendships and enduring bonds as they navigate the complexities of transitioning into adulthood. For Season 1, Off Campus follows the sexy and fun “opposites attract” romance between quiet songwriter Hannah (Ella Bright) and Garrett (Belmont Cameli), Briar University’s all-star hockey athlete.
Kennedy’s book series operates closer to Bridgerton, in which a large ensemble cast fills the story, but each book features a different lead. Josh Heuston will join Bright and Cameli as Justin, Hannah’s longtime crush and college rock band singer, who becomes the rival love interest. Prime Video is about to give you an addictive new thriller. Dove Cameron and Avan Jogia will star in 56 Days, the highly anticipated series adapted from Catherine Ryan Howard‘s best-selling novel. Oliver Kennedy (Jogia) and Ciara Wyse (Cameron) start an intense relationship after meeting in a supermarket, but police fear it has ended in murder after an unidentified body is found. 56 days later, homicide investigators arrive at Oliver’s apartment to find an unidentified body, brutally murdered and intentionally decomposed. Intercutting between an intense single day in the present investigation and the twisted trajectory of the young lovers’ affair in the past, 56 Days is a unique crime story and a riveting, sexy, psychological thriller.
In addition to Cameron and Jogia, the cast will also feature Karla Souza and Dorian Missick. For crime lovers who enjoy a single-seated binge, Prime Video has a treat for you, as 56 Days will be released as an eight-episode drop on February 18. Though there is no trailer as of yet, the seductive images are enough of a tease for what’s in store in this enticing new drama.

‘Kevin’
Season 1
Your new animated obsession is about to drop in 2026. Co-created by Aubrey Plaza and Joe Wengert, Kevin is a hilarious and heartwarming story about finding your place in the world. Inspired by a real-life break-up and the cat who was caught in the middle, Kevin (Jason Schwartzman), a lovable and neurotic tuxedo cat, moves into a local pet rescue in Astoria, Queens, where a chaotic band of misfit animals will help him to figure out what he really wants out of life.
To portray the cast of furry friends, Kevin has assembled an extraordinary vocal cast. The ensemble includes Aparna Nancherla as Judy, a sweet but sickly Scottish Fold kitten who believes the perfect human is right around the corner, John Waters as Armando, a gorgeous, sarcastic, and no-nonsense Persian cat who has sworn off all humans in favor of the freedom he gets as an “independent” cat, Whoopi Goldberg as Cupcake, a wildly unpredictable hairless cat who is proudly feral, and Amy Sedaris as Brandi, brassy and intimidating little Shih Tzu who is really in charge of the rescue. For the humans, Plaza will voice Dana, a confident, career-driven young woman who makes the grown-up decision to end her relationship with her boyfriend, and Gil Ozeri will voice Seth, the kind, nurturing man who runs Furrever Friends. Though there is no official release date set, it’s safe to say this series is about to be your favorite “furrever.”

‘The Night Manager’
Season 2
Perhaps the most shocking yet delightful surprise of 2026 will be the return of The Night Manager after 10 long years. The original six-part series, based on the John le Carré novel, followed Tom Hiddleston as Jonathan Pine, a night manager at a luxury hotel in Cairo and a former British soldier recruited by Angela Burr (Olivia Colman), the manager of a Foreign Office task force investigating illegal arms sales. He must infiltrate the inner circle of arms dealer Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie). Well, the action is back as Season 2 follows Pine, now living as Alex Goodwin, a low-level MI6 officer, on a perilous journey as he races to expose a conspiracy designed to destabilize a nation. Then, a chance sighting of an old Roper mercenary prompts a call to action and leads him to a violent encounter with a new player: Colombian businessman Teddy Dos Santos (Diego Calva).
Fans of the original run will be overjoyed to learn that Academy Award winner Colman will be back as Burr alongside returning actors Alistair Petrie, Douglas Hodge, Michael Nardone, and Noah Jupe. With new action in new places, a plethora of new cast members join the series, including Camila Morrone, Indira Varma, Paul Chahidi, and Hayley Squires. The series will premiere on January 11 on BBC iPlayer and BBC One in the UK and on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

After a triumphant Season 3, the hit adult animation superhero series Invincible is back for more in Season 4. Back for more fun and blood, Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, and J.K. Simmons return to the voice cast, with the addition of Lee Pace as the long-awaited character, Thragg. For Season 4, while the world recovers from catastrophe, a changed Mark fights to protect his home and the people he loves, setting him on a collision course with a threat that could alter the fate of humanity forever.
Based on the award-winning comic book series by Robert Kirkman, the third season of Invincible is Prime Video’s most-watched animated season of all time, marking the biggest returning season ever across Prime Video’s Adult Animation Originals. ‘It’s Not Like That’
Season 1
2026 will see Scott Foley in the new Faith-based series It’s Not Like That. Lori (Erin Hayes) is freshly divorced with two teens, and Malcolm (Foley) is a minister and the recently widowed dad of three. Their families once did everything together, but now Lori and Malcolm must navigate their newly minted singledom, parenthood, and the complexities of Malcolm being a modern-day minister. Is this the beginning of a love story? It’s not like that. Or is it? The series is billed as blending modern family drama with themes of connection, second chances, and navigating life after major transitions.
In addition to Foley and Hayes, Leven Miranda, Cassidy Paul, and Cary Christopher will play Malcolm’s children, Flora, Penelope, and Justin, respectively, and Caleb Baumann and Liv Lindell will portray Lori’s children, Merritt and Casey. J.R. Ramirez plays David, Lori’s ex-husband. Created by Ian Deitchman and Kristin Robinson, the series will launch on the faith-based content studio’s subscription channel, Wonder Project, with the first episode being available for all Prime Video subscribers on January 25. “It’s Not Like That is a story about hope, and finding light after loss, rebuilding families and exhibiting grace in the most uncertain circumstances,” said Deitchman and Robinson. “There is a powerful dynamic around what we all choose to hold onto when everything around us is falling apart, and how we find our way back – something we hope audiences will relate to and love.”

‘Deadloch’
Season 2
Perhaps one of the most underrated comedies straight out of the Southern Hemisphere, the deadpan black comedy Deadloch is returning for a second season. Set in a fictional small town in Tasmania, Kate Box and Madeleine Sami reunite as Dulcie Collins and Eddie Redcliffe for a new adventure. For Season 2, Deadloch is entering its Tropical Gothic era. This time, the detectives find themselves in Australia’s sweltering Top End, aka the Northern Territory, investigating the death of Eddie’s former policing partner, Bushy. But when the body of a local icon is discovered in a remote town, they are flung into a sweatier, stickier, croc-ier crime case.
Even with the awe-inspiring landscape, Season 2 is destined to feature more dark comedy and mystery in the challenging new environment. Nina Oyama and Alicia Gardiner will be back as possessive wife Cath York and excitable constable Abby Matsuda. The biggest casting news comes in the form of Luke Hemsworth in a recurring part. He takes on the role of Jason Wade, a wildlife park owner and star of a fictional croc-wrangling TV show, Jason Wade’s Adventures Down Under. The comedy ensues on March 20.

‘Steal’
Season 1
It’s time to put the heist into motion, officially. One of the first new series of 2026, former Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner takes on a leading role in Steal, created by S.A. Nikias. In this new high-octane crime thriller, the heist of the century finds ordinary office worker Zara (Turner) caught in the middle. A typical workday at a pension fund investment company, Lochmill Capital, is upended when a gang of violent thieves bursts in and forces Zara and her best mate Luke (Archie Madekwe) to execute their demands. But who would steal billions of pounds of ordinary people’s pensions? And why? DCI Rhys (Jacob Fortune-Lloyd) is determined to find out. That is, if he can keep his own money problems at bay while dealing with the secret agendas and competing interests at the center of this far-reaching crime.
The new series starts on January 21, and for those who love a good binge, all six episodes will be dropping at once. Considered to be a smart heist series, Steal will be executive produced by Greg Brenman and Rebecca de Souza and producer Nuala O’Leary. The series marks a major moment in Turner’s career, who will next be taking on the role of Lara Croft in Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s upcoming Tomb Raider.

‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’
Season 3
If tradition continues and the series follows its two-year gap between seasons, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power should be dropping its third season in late 2026. And if that’s the case, the epic series will also experience a time jump. Set thousands of years before J.R.R. Tolkien‘s novels, the series dives into Middle-earth’s Second Age. A massive Season 2 was filled with major reveals and epic battles, the biggest of which saw the Stranger (Daniel Weyman) being revealed to be Gandalf, and Sauron (Charlie Vickers) torturing and killing Celebrimbor (Charles Edwards), who gave Nenya to Galadriel (Morfydd Clark). Meanwhile, the orc Glûg (Robert Strange) betrays and kills Adar (Sam Hazeldine) on behalf of Sauron. The latter then faces off against Galadriel in a long-awaited showdown.
Now that’s out of the way, Season 3 moves forward several years from those events. The story takes place at the height of the War of the Elves and Sauron, as the Dark Lord seeks to craft the One Ring that will give him the edge he needs to win the war and conquer all Middle-earth at last. The major casting addition is Jamie Campbell Bower in a major leading role. He joins new stars Andrew Richardson, Zubin Varla, and Adam Young. With filming literally just wrapping up, the hype is real.

‘Scarpetta’
Season 1
Nicole Kidman may be a big-screen star, but she seems to have a great fondness for the small screen, too. Kidman will star in the new series Scarpetta, bringing Patricia Cornwell’s iconic literary character to life. With skilled hands and an unnerving eye, this unrelenting medical examiner is determined to serve as the voice of the victims, unmask a serial killer, and prove that her career-making case from 28 years prior isn’t also her undoing. Set against the backdrop of modern forensic investigation, the series delves beyond the crime scene to explore the psychological complexities of both perpetrators and investigators, creating a multi-layered thriller that examines the toll of pursuing justice at all costs.
Scarpetta will feature a massive all-star cast: Jamie Lee Curtis as Scarpetta’s sister, Dorothy Farinelli, Bobby Cannavale stars as Detective Pete Marino, Simon Baker as FBI profiler Benton Wesley, and Ariana DeBose as Scarpetta’s tech-savvy niece Lucy Watson. The show’s dual timeline is completed by Rosy McEwen, Amanda Righetti, Jake Cannavale, and Hunter Parrish, who play the younger versions of Kidman, Curtis, Cannavale, and Baker’s characters, respectively. The new series officially begins on March 11.
