Louis Vuitton has named Olympic figure skater Alysa Liu, fresh off two gold medals in Milan, as its newest House Ambassador.
Alysa Liu, the 20-year-old figure skater who walked off the 2026 Winter Olympics with two gold medals, is Louis Vuitton‘s newest Ambassador. On February 19th, Liu became the first American woman in 24 years to take Olympic figure skating gold.
20 is also when most rising stars are still working out a public identity. Liu already has hers: candy-striped hair, a cheerful on-rink presence, and a personal style sense Vuitton picked up on before any contract was signed.
The unofficial fitting happened at the Women Fall Winter 2026 show, where Liu wore the Brown Speedy Patch Denim jacket with matching jeans and carried the Squire East West in Monogram canvas.

“Alysa Liu embodies the modern Louis Vuitton Woman, confident, creative, and utterly fearless,” Nicolas Ghesquière said in the announcement. “Her dynamic energy and individuality resonate with the House’s spirit, and she inspires us all to embrace audacity in every form.”
Audacity is also how Liu frames the role, though she filters it through her sport. “Stepping into this new chapter as a Louis Vuitton Ambassador is an honor and a privilege, especially for a figure skater to be recognized in this way, and I take so much pride in that,” she said. “As a figure skater, I’m an athlete, I train hard, I skate fast, but when I’m performing, I want to show you how soft I can be. As a Louis Vuitton Ambassador, I get to show you my style, strength, and softness because I know that luxury is in the details, and the same goes for choreographing a program and designing a collection. Life is all about connection, and Louis Vuitton has made me feel included. It’s a really empowering feeling to be part of something so artistic.”
