Cardi B has secured another major courtroom win against internet commentator Tasha K, who failed to follow a previous legal agreement. 

This update comes after the Internet personality posted prohibited commentary about the artist’s personal life and family members. 

Meanwhile, Cardi B also found her name dragged into a legal battle between her partner, Stefon Diggs, and his former chef, who accused him of mistreating the rapper. 

YouTuber Tasha K, also known as LaTasha Kebe, has agreed to pay $60,000 to Cardi B for breaking the terms of a previous courtroom arrangement. According to official legal papers submitted on Tuesday, the internet personality decided to settle the matter financially to prevent the high costs and unpredictability that would come with an extended courtroom battle. 

This conflict stems from a multi-million-dollar defamation judgment that the music star originally won against the content creator back in 2022.

Following that initial verdict, the commentator entered a bankruptcy arrangement. This agreement allowed her to delay her debt payments, provided she didn’t make any negative remarks about the hip-hop star or her immediate household. 

However, she broke this promise by publishing fresh commentary concerning the musician’s estranged partner, Offset, as well as football player Diggs, who is the father of the rapper’s youngest baby. According to Cardi B’s attorneys, Tasha K has also released multiple “egregious violations” of the agreement, per People Magazine.  

Due to these prohibited posts, a judge initially ordered the video creator to pay over $110,000 to cover the musician’s mounting legal costs. Under this newly finalized compromise, that penalty will be reduced, as long as she makes the payments in good time. 

Cardi B Demanded Detailed Financial Records From Tasha K

Before this latest penalty agreement was reached, the Grammy-winning music star aggressively pursued the online commentator’s personal financial documents to ensure compliance with their multi-million dollar judgment. 

The Blast confirmed that legal representatives for the performer formally demanded that the internet personality hand over highly sensitive financial records.

The requested paperwork included detailed bank accounts, tax returns, and comprehensive statements showing all the revenue generated directly from her YouTube channel and various other media platforms.

This strict requirement came just two months after the two parties had initially resolved their major financial dispute.

Under that earlier settlement, the online creator had agreed to pay the rapper $1.2 million over a five-year period, alongside a firm pledge to stop publishing negative commentary about the musician online.

As Tasha K and Cardi B settled their issues in court, the rapper was also navigating a sensitive professional period, as she wrapped up her “Little Miss Drama” tour.

According to The Blast, the incredible public turnout translated into a massive financial triumph behind the scenes, with total revenues pushing well past $70 million. 

Over 453,000 tickets were purchased across 35 completely sold-out performance dates. This rendered her the highest-grossing debut arena performer among all female rap artists in history.

The Blast reported that Mila Adams, a former employee of the professional football player, released a dramatic social media video directly addressing the musician. She claimed to have witnessed severe mistreatment directed at the rapper during her pregnancy and the subsequent birth of the couple’s son in late 2025.

She also alleged that she possessed text messages proving the sports star constantly belittled and spoke down to the performer. At the time, Cardi B and Diggs appeared to be successfully rebuilding their romance following a brief separation.
