नेपाल ने लिपुलेख और कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा पर जताया कड़ा ऐतराज

परिचय पत्र दिखाना अनिवार्य

नेपाल सरकार के नए निर्देशों के बाद सीमा पर जांच अभियान तेज कर दिया गया है। हालांकि इससे स्थानीय व्यापारियों और आम जनता को थोड़ी परेशानी हो रही है, लेकिन सुरक्षा के लिहाज से इसे एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है। नेपाल सरकार ने आदेश दिया है कि अब भारत से नेपाल जाने वाले लोगों को अपना वैध पहचान पत्र दिखाना होगा। ठीक इसी तरह, नेपाल से भारत आने वाले लोगों के लिए भी अपना परिचय पत्र दिखाना अनिवार्य है।

 

बॉर्डर पर लंबी कतारें लग गईं

अचानक लागू हुई इस व्यवस्था की वजह से सीमा के पास रहने वाले लोगों, रोज काम पर जाने वाले यात्रियों और छोटे दुकानदारों के बीच थोड़ी घबराहट और उलझन देखी जा रही है। सीमा पर तैनात नेपाल पुलिस और सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने हर व्यक्ति की पहचान पत्र जांच शुरू कर दी। आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी या सरकार द्वारा जारी अन्य वैध दस्तावेज दिखाने के बाद ही लोगों को नेपाल में प्रवेश की अनुमति दी गई। पहचान पत्र जांच की वजह से बॉर्डर पर लंबी कतारें लग गईं। पैदल यात्रियों के साथ-साथ छोटे-बड़े वाहनों की भी भीड़ जमा हो गई।

सुरक्षा एजेंसियां हो गईं सतर्क 

इसके बाद बिहार पुलिस मुख्यालय और केंद्रीय सुरक्षा एजेंसियां सतर्क हो गई हैं। उत्तर बिहार के सीमावर्ती जिलों- बेतिया, पूर्वी चंपारण, सीतामढ़ी, मधुबनी और दरभंगा समेत कई इलाकों में पुलिस और एसएसबी को हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है। कुछ दिन पहले जोगबनी बॉर्डर से एक चीनी नागरिक के भारत में प्रवेश करने का मामला सामने आया था। बताया गया कि चीन के हुनान प्रांत का रहने वाला झोउ हुआन नेपाली नंबर की स्कूटी से भारत में दाखिल हुआ था।

अपनी पहचान साबित करनी होगी

नेपाल सरकार के नए निर्देशों के बाद अब सीमा पार करने वाले हर नागरिक को अपनी पहचान साबित करनी होगी। वहीं भारतीय सीमा पर तैनात एसएसबी (SSB) के जवान पहले से ही कड़ी चौकसी बरत रहे हैं और हर आने-जाने वाले की आईडी चेक कर रहे हैं। उधर, बहराइच से सटी नेपाल की करीब 17 किलोमीटर सीमा पट्टी में बड़ी संख्या में मधेशी समुदाय के लोग रहते हैं। नेपाली क्षेत्र के जमुनहा गांव में इस फैसले को लेकर तनाव का माहौल बताया जा रहा है।

स्थानीय लोगों में नाराजगी बढ़ रही

नेपाली आर्म्ड पुलिस फोर्स के जवान आने-जाने वालों से पूछताछ और जांच के नाम पर सख्ती कर रहे हैं, जिससे स्थानीय लोगों में नाराजगी बढ़ रही है। इससे पहले कोरोना के समय भी सीमा पर पहचान पत्र दिखाना जरूरी किया गया था। अब एक बार फिर इस नियम को सख्ती से लागू किया जा रहा है।

बॉर्डर पर लंबी कतारें लग गईं

According to the notice, the Resolution Professional has filed the application before the NCLT in connection with certain alleged preferential transactions and connected reliefs under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The public notice states that by an order dated April 15, 2026, the NCLT directed all parties, related parties and connected parties, including assignors and assignees, to maintain a status quo in respect of and in relation to the subject matter of the proceedings. The order, as per the notice, continues to remain valid, subsisting and binding on all parties.

The notice further claims that certain persons, entities, related parties, assigns, or assignees have purportedly announced the release of the subject film (Haunted – Echoes Of The Past) on or around June 12, 2026, despite the subsisting status quo order. As a result, the Resolution Professional has cautioned distributors, exhibitors, OTT platforms, broadcasters, streaming platforms, cinema chains, advertisers, licensors, aggregators and all other persons or entities associated with the film to refrain from commercially exploiting the horror flick, directly or indirectly, until further orders of the NCLT.

The notice adds that any violation, facilitation, participation or non-compliance with the order would be at the concerned party’s own risk and may invite appropriate legal proceedings, including contempt action.

उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस प्रमुख मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और राहुल गांधी अंतिम फैसला लेंगे। नई दिल्ली में शनिवार को हुई कांग्रेस की मीटिंग में कोई फैसला नहीं हो सका है। इस लंबी बैठक के बाद भी सस्पेंस पूरी तरह से बरकरार है और पार्टी ने अभी तक मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए किसी चेहरे का आधिकारिक ऐलान नहीं किया है। पूरा केरल अब इस बात का बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहा है कि राज्य की कमान किसके हाथों में सौंपी जाएगी और यह ताज किसके सिर सजेगा।

23 मई तक का है समय…

दीपा दासमुंशी का कहना है कि पार्टी नेतृत्व सभी पहलुओं पर विचार कर रहा है और नाम की घोषणा उचित समय पर की जाएगी। उनके पास 23 मई तक का समय है, इसलिए उससे पहले कभी भी नए मुख्यमंत्री के नाम का ऐलान हो सकता है। इस बीच केरल में मुख्यमंत्री पद की दावेदारी को लेकर पार्टी के अंदर ही घमासान तेज हो गया है और कुछ जगहों पर समर्थकों द्वारा भारी विरोध प्रदर्शन किए गए हैं।

दीपा दासमुंशी ने इन घटनाओं पर गहरी चिंता जताते हुए साफ और कड़ा संदेश दिया है कि ऐसी अनुशासनहीनता कांग्रेस की संस्कृति का हिस्सा बिलकुल नहीं है। इस हाई-प्रोफाइल बैठक में केरल कांग्रेस के कई कद्दावर नेता शामिल हुए, जिनमें वीडी सतीशन, केसी वेणुगोपाल और रमेश चेन्नितला प्रमुख हैं। केरल में सतीशन, चेन्निथला और कांग्रेस के संगठन महासचिव केसी वेणुगोपाल मुख्यमंत्री पद उम्मीदवार माने जा रहे हैं।
