Content creator Eni Popoola knows a thing or two about taking risks. After all, she left her law career to pursue influencing full-time. So, it should hardly come as a surprise that her daring mentality extends to personal style as well. One day, she’s putting an architectural spin on the LBD in Issey Miyake; the next she’s endorsing a playful take on resortwear with a red, hand-crocheted raffia Nia Thomas set.

“I would describe my personal style as elegantly eclectic,” she tells Fashionista. “I dress for whatever the occasion is in an elegant way.” Take, for example, her appearance at the 2026 Fifteen Percent Pledge Fundraising Gala: a black-and-blue striped hand-beaded dress by Hertunba — one of her favorite looks to date.

Her time in the corporate law world left an imprint on her style choices as well: “It did give me an appreciation for a tailored look and a structured look,” she says. “But now that I’m free, I feel like I get to play around with things like color and texture a little bit more.” (See also: her bold green Christopher John Rogers suit.)

What’s a luxury beauty item you have your eye on right now?

There is this body scrub from Omorovicza. I saw one of my mutuals post about it, and I was like, ‘I need to have it.’ She said it was one of the best body scrubs she’s ever used in her life.

What’s a drugstore beauty item you swear by?

Maybelline Super Stay Lumi-Matte Foundation. It is so incredibly good. Do not sleep on the drugstore foundations.

What’s an accessory you’re eyeing right now?

I want another classic pair of studs. Anyone who has a good pair of diamond studs, I’d be into that for sure.

What shoes do you want to buy right now?

There’s this pair of Aquazurra heels that are hot pink, metallic and have these cool circles all over them. Not only are they super fun, but I’m attending a Nigerian wedding and I think they’ll go really well with what I have planned to wear.

Any other luxury items you’re lusting after?

This might be a little bit niche, but I’ve really been into the fragrance Printemps Blanc by Maison Mataha. I got that bottle in February and I’m probably going to need a new one. It smells so incredibly sweet. If you love sweet fragrances, I have been loving it for this season.

What’s a beauty staple you love so much you’ve bought multiples of?

I bought two bottles of the Danessa Myricks Water Powder Serum. It was sold out at Sephora during the Sephora sale. I was trying to wait for it to come back in stock, but it hasn’t, so I was like, ‘I need that now.’ It is the perfect mattifying, smoothing primer, especially if you have acne-prone or oily skin.

What’s a fashion staple you love so much you’ve bought multiples?

I always have a pair of Converse. I might wash them, but once I’ve worn them down, I will definitely get a pair of fresh white Converse.

What’s a summer beauty must-have?

Sunscreen — specifically body spray sunscreen, because it’ll give you that glow. I really like the one Sol de Janiero has.

What about a summer fashion must-have?

I love raffia, be it bags, shoes or clothes. I just love raffia material for the summer.

What’s the last product a celebrity or influencer influenced you to buy?

Folake Aina posted about the One/Size Oil Blotting Spray. It’s a new product that’s basically a spray that will do the work of an oil blotting paper. She used it and I was sold, so I’m absolutely going out to get that.

This Solar-Powered Smart Sprinkler Keeps My Lawn Watered Without Any Power Cables<div><p>Once configured, setup proceeds much like the Aiper and pricier <a href="https://www.wired.com/review/irrigreen-smart-irrigation-system-3-2026/" target="_blank" class="text link">Irrigreen</a> apps: You create a zone, then use the app to define its boundaries. Similar to the aforementioned systems, Oto’s sprinkler is designed for precision watering, firing water in a beam in a single direction instead of a wide spray. That said, Oto’s spray is comparably narrow, only hitting a single, designated patch instead of producing a two-dimensional curtain of water like Irrigreen’s “water printing” system. You get a nice preview of this as you set the boundaries of your yard.</p><native-ad position="sponsor-product" shoulddisplaylabel="true"/><p>Like its competitors, Oto lets you set each zone as a spot (for watering a single tree, perhaps), a line (for a flowerbed), or a 2-D area (for a yard). I tested all of these modes but spent most of my time working with area zones, which are the most complex option. When defining an area zone, I found Oto’s system to be virtually identical to that of Irrigreen and Aiper, though ever so slightly slower to respond to commands. Even so, it’s very easy to use: A simple interface lets you drop points around the sprinkler to define the boundaries of the zone. When you’ve made a full circle around the sprinkler, the area is complete.</p><native-ad position="in-content" shoulddisplaylabel="true"/><p>Once configured, you can assign each zone a schedule, with copious options available around which days to water (odd days, even days, select days of the week, every day), and designate a start time (though there is no tying time to sundown or sunrise). Each schedule also gets a weekly watering limit (in inches of depth), which you’ll then parse out over each week’s watering runs. Weather intelligence features let you elect to skip watering if your zip code receives measurable rainfall or if winds are high (both based on internet reports); the user can tweak both the amount of rain and windspeed needed to trigger a skip. The app logs the 20 most recent runs and includes a calendar that details upcoming events.</p><p>When watering an area, Oto takes a novel approach to covering the lawn, first moving in circular arcs directly around the sprinkler, then slowly increasing in range with each successive swipe. When finished, it does additional “clean-up” runs to hit any areas that the initial watering arcs didn’t reach. The speed is slow enough and the size of the water’s beam is large enough that the resulting coverage is solid. After test runs, I found the yard to be plenty wet across the entire zone, with no dry patches.</p><p>As with all sprinklers, changes in water pressure can make for occasional over- or underwatering of areas, but I found this to be a minimal problem when using the Oto. However, when watering at the terminus of Oto’s range, the power needed to throw the water that far can make for a strong splashdown, which may result in some soil erosion or damage to more sensitive plants.</p><p>The Oto also has a “play mode” option that lets you use the sprinkler for a watery game of chase or a more random “splash tag” mode, aka “try to avoid getting hit by the water.” Pro tip: It’s impossible not to get hit.</p></div>#SolarPowered #Smart #Sprinkler #Lawn #Watered #Power #Cablesshopping,review,reviews,household,home,smart home,backyard
