In early January 2026, Fanatics teamed up with the legendary voice of Allstate, Dennis Haysbert, to launch its latest advertisement for the company’s leading Fair Play policy.

For those unfamiliar, Fanatics’ Fair Play policy is an injury-protection program that safeguards bettors when a player in their prop wager leaves a game early due to injury.

“If a player unexpectedly exits a game early, Fanatics Sportsbook pays out the Under as a winner and refunds any Over single player prop bets,” a statement from the company read, according to an earlier report from The Blast. “If the player is part of a customer’s parlay, Fanatics Sportsbook will click the Under as a winner and void the parlay leg for any Overs and keep the parlay active with recalculated odds.”

This isn’t the first time Fanatics has made headlines over its generous Fair Play policy. In May 2025, the sportsbook refunded more than $500,000 to consumers after Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry unexpectedly left a playoff game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The policy also turned one lucky bettor’s $5,000 wager into a $224,773 win after Curry’s player prop was voided. The parlay also consisted of soccer props and the Warriors’ moneyline. The revised odds were +9240, making it the largest ever saved bet at the time.

Before that, Fanatics wowed bettors after paying out more than $250,000 in bets when Kristaps Porzingis left a contest due to injury. The Fair Play Policy voided the baller’s props, turning a five-leg parlay (+2375 odds) into a $24,000 winning ticket.
