Two new jobs arriving for Final Fantasy 14 have just been revealed as part of the upcoming Evercold expansion, and the first few details about each of them have already been announced by Square Enix. The first iteration of the Fan Fest 2026 event is live, and the company has just announced the new expansion for FFXIV, arriving in early 2027. Evercold will take players to the Fourth for a brand-new adventure.
During the Fan Fest 2026 keynote in Anaheim, game director Yoshi-P revealed that two new Jobs will be introduced with the arrival of Evercold in January 2027. The presentation was livestreamed on the official Final Fantasy XIV channel on YouTube. There were several details about Evercold that were revealed during the keynote, but the teasers for the new Jobs had the audience particularly excited, even if the majority of the details about them are still scarce.
