François Arnaud was seen taking his cute dog Simon out for a walk on Tuesday (June 2) in Los Angeles.

The 40-year-old Heated Rivalry star showed off his bulging biceps in a gray, cut off muscle shirt and blue shorts while picking his pup up from the groomer.

François‘ latest outing comes after he had a busy weekend.

On Saturday (May 30), the actor stepped out for the 2026 Las Culturistas Culture Awards taping, where he was joined by his “work wife” Chelsea Frei. They then went to the after party.

The next day, François pulled double duty, first attending the 2026 Peabody Awards ceremony, where he accepted Heated Rivalry‘s honor with Bell Media executive Rachel Goldstein-Couto.

Right after that, he headed over to the MPTF NextGen Summer Party, where he reunited with Amapola co-star Camilla Belle to announce raffle winners!

On Wednesday (June 3), François took to his Instagram story to share a shirtless selfie while on set of a mystery project.

The actor snapped the pic in the hair and makeup chair, while sticking his tongue out and flashing a peace sign, with all signs of what he’s working on crossed out as to not spoil what he’s doing. There was also a script on his lap!

At the time of this post, there has been no announcement of the project he’s working on.
