Jasprit Bumrah and Varun Chakaravarthy ended as the joint-highest wicket-takers in the T20 World Cup 2026 with 14 wickets each.
Bumrah got four wickets in India’s win over New Zealand in the final, which got his tally to 14 wickets with an average of 12.42 and an economy rate of 6.21.
Chakaravarthy had 14 wickets from nine innings in the World Cup at an average of 20.50 and an economy of 9.25.
Shadley van Schalkwyk of USA and Blessing Muzarabani of Zimbabwe had 13 wickets each and completed the top-five.
