Conversely, the bottom four teams enter the Relegation Phase, where they will fight to secure their position. This group includes Aizawl FC (9 points), Real Kashmir FC (8 points), Gokulam Kerala FC (8 points), and Namdhari FC (7 points).

The championship round will be played in a single round-robin format, and the club that gets the highest points will be declared the winner. In the championship round, the clubs will carry forward the points they have garnered in the first phase.
