Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman were allegedly present when Ryan Reynolds confronted Justin Baldoni about Blake Lively’s concerns on the set of It Ends With Us.

A recently unsealed piece of evidence in the ongoing lawsuit between Baldoni and Lively includes information regarding the events that transpired throughout the dispute. The emails were between Baldwin’s publicist and Wayfarer Studios co-founder Jamey Heath’s team.

According to the emails, Baldoni visited Reynolds and Lively in their New York City home, where Reynolds allegedly blew up at him. This was due to his wife’s claims that the It Ends With Us director fat shamed her by asking her personal trainer what her weight was because he had to lift her up in a scene, but he had back issues, so, in his opinion, it was a valid question.

The document also noted that their famous friends Swift and Jackman were in the apartment during the showdown. Representatives for all the stars involved have not responded to any requests for comment at the time of this article’s publication.

Lively filed a lawsuit in December 2024, accusing her It Ends With Us co-star Baldoni of sexual harassment and targeting her with a smear campaign. This occurred shortly after she was criticized for the way she promoted the film. Their trial is set for March 2026.

Her legal team previously identified Swift and Jackman as possible witnesses. Jackman publicly backed Lively by appearing with her and Reynolds at the film’s premiere on Aug. 9, 2024. He also joined her on the cover of Vogue in September 2024.

Swift, on the other hand, has been actively trying to remove herself from the situation. Her spokesperson claimed that she was not involved with the production of It Ends With Us at all, aside from having one of her songs featured in the movie. She and Lively, who once had a close friendship, have also not been seen together for months. Her representatives also released a defensive statement on her behalf.

Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of this movie. She was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film, she did not even see It Ends With Us until weeks after its public release, and was traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history.
