Scott Wolf celebrated estranged wife Kelley Wolf on her 49th birthday amid their messy ongoing divorce battle.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, October 14, Wolf, 57, posted a tribute to Kelley, 49, sharing a photo of her smiling for the camera and a caption that read, “Happy birthday to you. 🎂❤️‍🩹.”

Fans of the Party of Five star took to the post’s comments section to praise Scott for his celebratory post. “Wonderful example of setting healthy boundaries while still loving someone. Great example for your children,” wrote one fan, while another added, “This is really sweet and a great example for your children. Hoping for healing and peace for all of you.”

Scott confirmed in June that he had filed for divorce after 21 years of marriage. The pair share three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott, 57, said in a statement to People on Wednesday, June 11. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”

The former couple’s split has since been far from easy. Us Weekly confirmed later that month that Kelley had been detained by authorities and was hospitalized before being released. Scott was later granted a temporary restraining order against Kelley and awarded full custody of their children, as well as sole use and possession of their Utah family home.
