Miu Miu launches its new Upcycled collection for 2026, with singer, model, and actress Suki Waterhouse fronting the campaign. The brand begins with two of the most basic items in any wardrobe: the classic white cotton shirt and a pair of khaki cotton canvas chinos. Two pieces that balance utility and polish, doing the heavy lifting with ease. Both come back through Miu Miu’s lens, each having had a prior owner and a prior life.

Every piece in Upcycled started somewhere else, sourced sparingly from vintage-clothing experts spread across the globe. Once garments arrive at Miu Miu, they get restored first, then refashioned. Trousers turn into jackets, into bustiers, into skirts. Shirts return as dresses or apron tops.

After the silhouette work, the smaller interventions take over. Sleeves get slashed. Pockets get patched, then trimmed with bow and ribbon. Collars come in aged signature leather. Buttons come off, and new ones take their place. Utility surfaces take print, plus crystal flower embroidery.

That same finishing rolls into the accessories. A khaki pouch and a backpack get printing, embroidery, and leather trim. The Plume sneaker arrives in matching khaki, with laces and charms personalized.

Every garment finishes by hand, which means no two pieces in the run come out the same.
