The 12 Best-Dressed Stars at the GQ Men of the Year 2025 Party

The 12 Best-Dressed Stars at the GQ Men of the Year 2025 Party

If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the last 30 years it’s that there’s no party like the annual GQ Men of the Year party, when Hollywood’s coolest stars don their biggest fits to commune with the spirits—and one another, of course—at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. And though we’re biased, the MOTY bash also routinely boasts one of the best red carpets out there.

This year’s 30th anniversary Men of the Year celebration—headlined by co-hosts and MOTY 30 cover stars——Stephen Colbert, Sydney Sweeney, Seth Rogen, SZA, Oscar Isaac, Clipse, and Hailey Bieber—was an ode to the swanky, intimate, come-as-you-are celebrity shindigs of yore. When it came to dressing for the ’90s Hollywood Red Carpet dress code, this year’s attendees delivered. We saw a bevy of floppy suits, power-clashed ties with jeans, red-hot mini dresses, archival runway looks, and even a father-son Terminator homage.

We came, we saw, we partied like it was 1995. Scroll on to see our favorite on-theme looks of the night.

Haider Ackermann in Tom Ford

Tom Ford creative director Haider Ackermann had a busy MOTY, dressing Oscar Isaac, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sombr, Olivia Rodrigo, and GQ global editorial director Will Welch in party-ready ensembles. But it was the veteran designer’s own silky, enveloping, alabaster suit that felt most indicative of the sensual mood he’s brought to menswear in 2025.

Clipse’s Malice and Pusha T in Louis Vuitton

Ever since their Virginia Beach compadre Pharrell took the helm at Louis Vuitton, the brothers Thornton have been closely connected to the luxury house—from walking in and soundtracking P’s blockbuster runway shows to recording the entirety of their Grammy-nominated album Let God Sort Em Out at the LV headquarters in Paris. But this might be the very best the duo have ever looked in the label: Push’s wide-lapelled herringbone tweed suit was a genuine showstopper, while Malice’s classic black tux oozed pure Parisian elegance.
