The Milan Fashion Week Spring 2027 Provisional Schedule Is Here

Fashion insiders now have the Spring 2027 season fully mapped out as the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI) released the provisional schedule for Milan Fashion Week on Thursday.

Scheduled for Sept. 22 through Sept. 28, Milan Fashion Week is home to Italy’s top labels such as Prada, Fendi, Gucci, Giorgio Armani and Bottega Veneta. The Spring 2027 women’s ready-to-wear lineup is on par with last season’s at 54 in-person and six digital shows. All the presentations are digital on Sept. 28, which is convenient for runway regulars as the final day of Milan Fashion Week coincides with the first day of Paris Fashion Week.

The Camera Sindacale della Moda Italiana, the forerunner to the CNMI, was established in 1958 to protect and promote the sectors involved in the fashion industry. The CNMI popped up in 1962 with a similar goal, though its main role is to function as the self-regulatory body to which all the fashion houses adhere.

What’s New

For the Spring 2027 season, Loris Messina and Simone Rizzo (formerly of Sunnei) will make their debut for Moschino on Sept. 25. This follows a slew of Fall 2026 debuts (Maria Grazia Chiuri for Fendi, Meryll Rogge for Marni and Demna for Gucci). One of Milan’s biggest upcoming debuts — Pieter Mulier for Versace — is set for 2027.

Prada kicks off the fashion-filled week on Sept. 22, while Banke Kuku closes the event with a digital presentation on Sept. 28. Both Versace and Boss are absent from the schedule.

As for Milan’s first-timers, Marques’Almeida (a Portuguese ready-to-wear label founded in 2011 by Marta Marques and Paulo Almeida) and Miguel Vieira (the Portuguese designer’s namesake luxury label) will both make their calendar debuts in the Italian fashion capital on Sept. 27.
