Uniqlo Taps Cecilie Bahnsen for a Romantic Summer Collaboration

Uniqlo knew exactly what the girlies needed this summer: an accessibly priced Cecilie Bahnsen collection. On Tuesday, the duo announced the launch of their upcoming collaboration, available to shop beginning May 21.

“I’m so happy to be collaborating with Uniqlo for the first time,” Bahnsen said in a press statement. “I’ve always designed pieces to be lived in, worn and cherished every day, just as all Uniqlo LifeWear embodies. I’m very excited to be able to share that with so many women and girls around the world through this collection.”

Uniqlo x Cecilie Bahnsen is inspired by the theme “Shapes of Poetry,” and bridges the Danish designer’s distinct feminine and romantic style with the retailer’s commitment to comfort. The collection spans eight women’s styles and five for girls (marking Bahnsen’s first foray into children’s wear). Offerings include shirred blouses, graphic tees, maxi skirts and frill dresses.

“Around the time Uniqlo opened its first store in Denmark in Copenhagen in 2019, I had an opportunity to meet Cecilie by chance,” Yukihiro Katsuta, Fast Retailing Group senior executive officer and head of R&D for Uniqlo, said in a press statement. “I was immediately drawn to her approach to craftsmanship and hoped that one day we might have the opportunity to create something together. Seven years on, that long-standing connection has finally come to fruition in the form of this collaboration. This collection reinterprets the warmth and handcrafted sensibility of Cecilie Bahnsen through a distinctly Uniqlo perspective.”

Available in sizes XXS-XXL and priced from $29.90-$69.90, Uniqlo x Cecilie Bahnsen will be shoppable online and at all Uniqlo stores. Ahead, get a first look at the full collection with pricing.

That includes me.”

We’re still left with a lot of vagueness surrounding this whole situation. Whether or not Vrabel and Russini had a relationship that extended beyond professionalism is of no consequence, but there are real questions to be answered about how a potential improper relationship could have impacted the NFL through biased reporting on the Vrabel, the Patriots, potential free agents, or in end-of-year award voting. Pro Football Talk is attempting to have the Associated Press unseal Russini’s 2025 awards voting as a means to examine her NFL Coach of the Year ballot in particular. The Vrabel/Russini incident is a further potential blurring of the lines, and it warrants investigation on both the side of The Athletic and the NFL.

#Mike #Vrabel #discusses #difficult #conversations #Dianna #Russini #photos
